Refund Policy

Gosites is a trading name of Dolta Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16265186), with a registered office at 86–90 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NE.

All Sales Are Final

All payments made to Dolta Ltd for services provided under the Gosites brand are non-refundable. By completing a purchase or submitting payment, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

Work Commences Immediately

Upon receipt of payment and completion of your onboarding form, Dolta Ltd begins work on your project immediately. Because work is initiated without delay, you expressly acknowledge and agree — in accordance with Regulation 36 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 — that the 14-day statutory cancellation right does not apply once work has commenced.

By proceeding with payment, you are requesting that we begin the service before the cancellation period expires and acknowledge that your right to cancel is therefore lost.

What Happens If You Change Your Mind

If you decide not to proceed after payment has been made and work has begun:

• No refund will be issued, in whole or in part.
• Any work completed up to the point of cancellation remains the property of Dolta Ltd until any outstanding amounts are settled.
• If you wish to pause or adjust the scope of your project, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate a reasonable adjustment within the original project scope.

What We Commit To

We are committed to delivering work to a professional standard. If, at any stage, you are not satisfied with the direction of the project, please raise this with us in writing. We include revision rounds in each plan precisely to allow for refinement. Our goal is always a result you are happy with.

Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered in the following circumstance:

• Dolta Ltd has not commenced any work whatsoever on your project and you have cancelled in writing within 24 hours of payment.

In this case, a refund may be issued at Dolta Ltd’s sole discretion, minus any payment processing or administrative fees incurred.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or payment provider without first contacting us to resolve the matter, we reserve the right to pursue recovery of the full amount owed, together with any fees incurred as a result of the dispute process, and to suspend or terminate any services provided.
